Fashion house Carolina Herrera announced Thursday that it will hold a fashion show for its Resort 2025 collection in Mexico City on November 14, 2024.
This is an important step for the brand, which is aligning the presentation of its collections with the store calendar for the first time.
The show will be held at a location to be announced later and follows Carolina Herrera’s Spring/Summer 2025 show, which will take place during New York Fashion Week in September.
During New York Fashion Week last February, Carolina Herrera creative director Wes Gordon staged a top-notch fashion show on the 41st floor of 180 Maiden Lane, a new skyscraper on the banks of the East River.
The collection included beautiful black and white silk ball gowns, as well as other sophisticated pieces such as pleated silk skirts, cut diagonally over narrow trousers, combined with a red knitted top with high collar and lacquered red high heels, an anthracite blouse with petals, or pencil trousers with wavy ruffles on the side that had attracted attention (read our special article).
