Mezzour has detailed the objectives of this new portal, currently in the testing phase. It will bring together different online services, thus offering a unique and intuitive interface for users.
“Morocco is experiencing a digital revolution thanks to the implementation of numerous projects to simplify administrative procedures. We have already succeeded in reducing the number of documents required for investors by 45%”she added, highlighting efforts to make administrative procedures more fluid and accessible.
The Minister also underlined the Ministry’s commitment to improving reception areas within government departments and promoting digitalisation. This includes continuing education programmes for administrative staff to improve the quality of interactions and responses to citizens.
