The Quebec region dazzled Monday night at the annual Lauriers gala, which celebrates the best of Quebec gastronomy.
Hollow3which I told you about last week won the prestigious Quebec Restaurant of the Year award at the Montreal event.

The gastronomic establishment won the award for the first time after chef François-Emmanuel Nicol was honored as chef of the year last year.
In addition, Table du Vieux-Québec cocktail maker Simon Faucher won the Cocktail Maker of the Year award.
The best bakery in the province is also in Quebec. François Borderon, of Borderon et Fils, has obtained this important title.
