And the care taken is much the same as that given to the great wines of Clos des Fées, with the difference that the reasons come mainly from trade. It doesn’t matter, the result is still impressive. A mix of vermentino, grenache, roussanne and maccabeu that smells of the sea, white fruit, honey and lavender with its iodized notes. It’s plentiful, ripe, energetic and drool-worthy. It is the summer white that you have at hand for every occasion.
